Dame Inga Beale
Chairwoman, South Pole

Inga Beale has worked in financial services for over 40 years and was the former CEO of Lloyd’s of London. She now Chairs the Supervisory Board of South Pole, and has a portfolio of other non-executive Board roles in Europe and the US.

Romain Leroy-Castillo
Director Projects, Swiss Sustainable Finance

Romain Leroy-Castillo is the Director Projects/Innovation at SSF, where he leads various initiatives, including carbon markets. Romain has held senior management roles in the financial services industry for twenty years, his last one before SSF as global Managing Director at Credit Suisse.

Margaret Kim is the CEO of Gold Standard, a leading certification body for climate and development initiatives. With over 15 years of international experience, she previously held key roles at the Global Green Growth Institute, including Head of Green Climate Fund Liaison and Head of Strategy and Integration.

Simon Fellermeyer
Climate Policy Adviser, Bundesamt für Umwelt, and Board Member, ZCMA

Simon Fellermeyer is a senior international climate change negotiator at the Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN). Among his extensive experience, he led Switzerland’s negotiations on international carbon markets under Article 6 of the Paris Agreement at the United Nations.

Daniel Pfeiffer
CEO, NatureRe

Daniel Pfeiffer is an entrepreneur who has successfully developed several companies in the fields of engineering, IT, and financial services. In 2020, he founded NatureRe Capital AG with South Pole, inspired by a forest regeneration project he had initiated in Colombia.

Lead Sustainable Finance initiative, UBS Switzerland P&C

Tanja Furrer joined the Center of Excellence Sustainability for Personal & Corporate Clients at UBS Switzerland in February 2023. As a Sustainable Finance Initiative Lead, she is responsible for transition finance focusing on energy transition, new technologies and carbon markets.

Professor of Finance, USI and Advisory Group member, VCS program, Verra

Prof. Eric Nowak is Director of the Swiss Finance Institute (SFI) Lugano and a 30+ year veteran in ESG research and practice. Since 2023 Dr. Nowak serves as an independent expert member at the Advisory Group of VERRA’s Verified Carbon Standard (VCS). In 2024 he was appointed to Gold Standard’s Methodology Expert Group for Forestry and Blue Carbon (MEG-FOR).

Patrick Camenisch
Investment Director, CarbonRemoval Partners

Patrick is currently leading initiatives at Carbon Removal Partners, focusing on sustainable technologies for carbon dioxide removal. He has 18 years' experience working in financial services, including 11 years in alternative asset management.

Eva van der Want
Senior Business Development Manager, SIX

Eva van der Want is Senior Business Development Manager Carbon Markets at SIX. With her previous roles at Airfix Carbon AG, South Pole, and myclimate Eva has 15+ years of experience in carbon markets and sustainability advisory. Eva holds advanced degrees in International Law and European Studies from Maastricht University, the Netherlands.

Dominic Lüdin
Chief Growth Officer, Carbonfuture

Dominic Lüdin is the Chief Growth Officer at Carbonfuture. With over 15 years of experience scaling software-driven startups, he focuses on scaling durable carbon removal as a reliable and investable climate solution, working to ensure transparency and integrity in the carbon market through digital technology, tracking and measurability.

Sabine Döbeli
CEO, Swiss Sustainable Finance

Sabine Döbeli has worked in the field of sustainable finance for 25 years in different roles. She established SSF and took over the role as CEO in 2014. She is a member of advisory councils, for various organisations such as the Swiss Federal Council and the FOEN.
